Seventh College is home to a variety of groups and organizations that support student interests and development. Students are invited to explore opportunities for involvement in Seventh College registered student organizations and groups.
The Seventh College Student Council (7CSC) represents the interests and advocates on behalf of the Seventh College Student body in college and university matters. We provide representatives to campus-wide committees, support the development of traditions, and provide structure for boards to support community and Triton spirit. All members of the Seventh College student body may apply for and hold any office in 7CSC.
Membership is open to all members of the Seventh College student body. Positions are elected and appointed in Fall and Spring Quarters or when vacancies occur.

The Seventh College Resident Council (7RC) represents the interests of students living in Seventh College, plans fun social events and initiatives, and serves as a liaison between the residential community and Seventh Residence Life.
The purpose of 7RC is to enhance the living experience for students by offering engaging, beneficial, and
enjoyable opportunities to get involved; while listening to the voices of the residents to make your housing experience at Seventh better.

Established in 2021, Photosynthesis is a student-led organization that maintains the community garden at Seventh College. We aim promote sustainability and to foster a space that nurtures new and existing interests in gardening within the Seventh College community.
Membership is open to all Seventh College students and residents. Leadership positions are appointed annually in Spring Quarter.

Established in 2023, the Seventh College Transfer Organization is an inclusive student-led organization that is dedicated to increasing access to resources, providing safe spaces, developing oppotunities to connect, and advocating for Seventh College transfer students. Our mission is to offer a platform for transfer students to share their experiences, opportunities to participate in the UC San Diego and Seventh College communities and outreach, and receive long term peer support throughout your time at UCSD.
Membership is focused on transfer students enrolled or living at Seventh College, but meetings and events are open to all UC San Diego students.

Established in 2025, First2Go is a student-led organization, dedicated to supporting and uplifting first-generation college students in Seventh College. We aim to build a strong, inclusive community where students can access resources, share experiences, and build lasting connections with one another while navigating the university experience.
While our mission centers on the first-generation experience, First2Go is open to all students, whether you identify as first-gen, are the first in your family to attend college, or simply want help navigating college life and building community. We welcome anyone interested in learning, growing, and supporting one another through the challenges and successes of higher education. Through workshops, events, and mentorship opportunities, First2Go empowers students to thrive academically, socially, and personally.
