- What happens after you submit a Fix-it ticket?

That ticket gets reviewed and prioritized by our maintenance and custodial team based on severity. After the ticket is assigned, a staff member will be deplyed to your space. Due to staffing shortages, you might not receive notification before a staff member enters your space. Maintenance and custodial staff should always knock on your door and announce themselves before entering. Additionally, staff memeber should always be wearing a UCSD uniform and/or badge. Most work orders can be completed without a resident being present, so they may let themselves into your space to complete the work order.
