Seventh College Student Affairs Equipment Request

Equipment is available to registered Seventh College student organization principle members and advisors and Seventh College departments. Complete and submit the request form at least seven business days prior to your event.

Equipment Policies

Requestors are responsible for cleaning equipment when done with your event (wipe down tables, empty and dry coolers, etc.). If you are using a cooler, ensure they have been emptied and dried before returning.
After use, return items to The Rock the same day, unless special approval is granted for extension.
Notify staff of any damage or maintenance needs. (Please note: there may be a charge for damaged and/or lost items.)
Equipment cannot be taken off campus.
Any violation of these and other policies may result in loss of access to equipment
