Seventh College Event & Meeting Room Reservations
Seventh College provides spaces for events, meetings, and information tables to Seventh College and UC San Diego registered Student Organizations and Seventh College and UC San Diego Departments.Requests must be sent at least 5 business days prior to and no earlier than 4 weeks from the requested date. A decision for your request will be sent within 3-5 business days of submission unless additional approvals are required. Please contact seventhstudentaffairs@ucsd.edu with questions.
- Spaces are only to be reserved by officially recognized UC San Diego Student Organizations or UC San Diego departments. Priority will be given to Seventh College departments and organizations; we will not accept reservations from outside organizations or vendors.
- Non-Affiliates of UC San Diego may request campus space for meetings and events through UC San Diego Hospitality & Conference Services or Price Center Reservations.
- Spaces with an asterisk (*) require approval from the Dean of Student Affairs and may take longer than the standard 3-5 business days to obtain approval.
